Butterfly life cycle

Last week a lovely mum brought us in a swan plant with caterpillars and some caterpillar chrysalises on. We got to have a look at the whole life cycle as we had a black chrysalis and when we came in the next morning we were lucky enough to have had the butterflies hatch.
